Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn and unwashed garment within 30 days of purchase with the original tags in place. We will gladly exchange your purchase or refund your payment.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Special Occasion Dresses must be returned in their original condition with the "return tag" in place.

Please return your package with a copy of your receipt and the Merchandise Return Form to the address below via a trackable courier, such as UPS. If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid UPS return label for your use.

Delivery & Shipping
Items purchased through GirlsDressShop.com ship via USPS Priority Mail. A street address is required for delivery. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for more specific information.
Currently we are unable to accept or ship orders outside the United States.
Standard Delivery: Please note that orders received prior to 4PM ET (Eastern time), Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Please also allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery of your package via USPS Priority Mail.

Next Day Shipping: Orders placed with Next Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 pm ET, will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with Next Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) after 2:00 PM ET, will arrive within 2 business days.
Next Day Shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Back-Ordered & Out-of-Stock Items
Unfortunately, sometimes our displayed items may become back-ordered or out-of-stock. We will contact you within two business days of your order to let you know about any items that may be back-ordered or out of stock. If we are not able to reach you within two days, we will credit your order for that item(s).
