| Returns & Exchanges: |
We want you to be thrilled with your GirlsDressShop.com purchase. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at returns@girlsdressshop.com and we will arrange to exchange your purchase.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange your purchase for another item available at GirlsDressShop.com, or we will refund your payment. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable.

Please return your package with a copy of your receipt and the Return Form to the address below via a trackable courier, such as UPS. If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid UPS return label for your use.

Please note that orders received prior to 4PM Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Please also allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery of your package via UPS Ground.
At the moment, we ship only to addresses in the United States. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

| Rush Orders: |
GirlsDressShop.com offers rush delivery for in-stock items for an additional charge over our regular shipping charges. Please email us at rush@girlsdressshop.com to be sure that your item is in stock, and available for a rush delivery and for the additional cost to your location.
Please note: We may require up to 2 business days for the preparation of your order. We do not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.
